The Sonoma County Wine Country team of celebrity chef Bruce Riezenman and Barefoot Wine founders, Michael Houlihan and Bonnie Harvey, have officially launched, Pair It!, the quintessential food and wine pairing App for the iPhone (Pair It!).
Riezeman, an award-winning food and wine pairing expert, says Pair It! is a fun and comprehensive guide to pair food and wine on the go. It includes hand selected food and wine pairing suggestions, tips, and 'tricks of the trade' to help anyone from the novice wine drinker to the full-fledged wine aficionado to "Pair It! like a Pro."
With over 20,000 pairing suggestions individually selected, Pair It! contains a very comprehensive database, embodying years of Riezeman's professional experience choosing food and wine pairings for top wineries in Northern California and some of the country's premier restaurants. Pair It! makes this expertise comprehensive, user-friendly, educational and fun.
