Prior to joining Baynote, Carvajal led global product strategy for Vignette’s personalization solutions and Finn’s executive sales and alliance management experience at market leaders such as Accenture and IBM, will be a catalyst for the company’s expansion into new markets.
“We are thrilled to announce our most recent additions to the Baynote leadership team as well as Martin Brauns appointment to the Board,” said Jack Jia, CEO of Baynote. “These pedigreed executives have proven track records in building market making companies, accelerating growth through innovative sales and alliance programs, and creating superior products. This is the perfect team to help Baynote capitalize on the huge growth opportunity around our collective intelligence technology and oversee literally dozens of key hires in the weeks and months to come.”
Martin Brauns, the newest member of the board and former CEO of Interwoven, led Interwoven from start-up status through an IPO and years of rapid growth post-IPO. From 1998-2006 under Braun’s leadership, Interwoven was frequently cited by independent analysts for its rapid growth, successful corporate strategy and execution. In September 2000, Interwoven was named the Deloitte & Touche “Fast 50” fastest growing technology company with three-year revenue of growth of 9,904 percent.
“I’m honored to be the newest member of Baynote’s Board of Directors and I look forward to watching the company grow their business and maintain leadership in the collective intelligence space,” said Martin Brauns. “Having worked with several members of the leadership team in the past, I have complete confidence that they will not only continue to grow revenue, but also create unparalleled solutions for companies deploying customer and crowd centric strategy.”
