R.R. Donnelley's Global Document Solutions, a leading provider of outsourcing services for customer communications management, announced today that new senior personnel have joined the company as it continues to expand its consulting services offering.
Peter Swann, Director of the Professional Services Group explains, "Optimising customer communications management is a critical success factor for our clients. Increasingly we are being asked to not only deliver excellent services but also to help clients to innovate, re-engineer processes and develop winning market strategies. The role of consultancy is essential and we are expanding our capabilities to meet these demands".
Andrew Terry has joined the firm as Head of Consultancy. He brings to RR Donnelley a wealth of experience and knowledge across all aspects of the Business Process and Information Technology Outsourcing markets. One of Andrew's previous roles was Head of Consulting with Siemens where he built, led and grew a team of Solution Architects, Service, Technical and Business Consultants.
David Palmer joins as a Senior Managing Consultant focusing on the provision of Creative Services. Palmer is a highly accomplished consultant having many years of experience working with leading design organisations such as Publicis, Tango, Fitch & Co, Y&R and Imagination.
