The Yorkshire and Humber NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative was formed on the 1st April 2007 and currently consists of 36 member organisations within the boundaries of the NHS Yorkshire and Humber Strategic Health Authority.

Trusts belonging to this framework will be able to move away from the use of inefficient tape based analogue dictation systems to create documentation which is hampering Referral to Treatment (RTT) times without having to go through costly and time consuming tender exercises.
