APCON, Inc., a leading manufacturer of integrated switching solutions, said today that increased global demand for its technology has prompted the company to expand its international staff. With recent introductions of its aggregation, filtering and switching solutions having caught industry attention the company has hired Robert Selley, International Sales Director, and Jason Hall, International Marketing Coordinator.
Robert Selley joins APCON with nearly 20 years of international sales and business development experience. Most recently, he was Director of Asian Sales for Electro Scientific Industries, following assignments as General Manager of the company's Laser Trim Solutions Group, Director of Headquarters Sales and Director of Sales of the Semiconductor Products Group.
Jason Hall comes to APCON with international experience that dates back to 1999, when he was Regional Director for a global non-profit in South Korea. Prior to joining APCON, he was International Marketing Coordinator for Vancouver, Wash.-based Alpha-Tec Systems.
"Our goal is to double international sales in the next 12 months," said APCON founder and CEO, Richard Rauch. "Robert and Jason represent key resources we need in place to realize that goal."
Selley and Hall will provide strategic and tactical support to APCON's distribution partners in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America, Rauch said. They will also coordinate with APCON's marketing and professional services groups to ensure that international sales efforts are supported with a full portfolio of sales tools and product training.
