Virtualization and automation leader, Parallels, will headline HostingCon 2009 — a leading conference for the hosted services industry — to educate attendees on opportunities and solutions aimed at small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). HostingCon is being held August 10–12, 2009, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, in National Harbor, MD. Parallels will have a strong presence at the event, demonstrating solutions to help hosting providers offer cloud services to meet SMB demand.
According to Saugatuck Research, SMBs are the most aggressive adopters of cloud. Hosting services providers have a unique opportunity to offer their SMB customers applications via Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and ensure they have access to hundreds of applications.
