WorkForce Software, Inc., the leader in workforce management solutions for organizations with complex policies and compliance concerns, celebrates its 10-year anniversary today. Ten years ago, WorkForce Software President and CEO Kevin Choksi initiated and personally funded the company. A recent milestone for WorkForce Software is the development of its EmpCenter® Fatigue Management solution, which has been deployed by nearly 70-percent of the nuclear power companies in America. The solution manages compliance with new United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s (NRC) requirements that require nuclear power companies to actively manage the “fitness for duty” of their employees.
