Sarasota, FL, United States, 2009/06/04 - Executive search firm, Brooke Chase Associates, Inc., is pleased to announce the placement of Arlo Sims for Franke Consumer Products, a manufacturer of stainless steel sinks and accessories based in Ruston, Louisiana.

Arlo will provide leadership for manufacturing and logistics in the Ruston facility, with responsibility to champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. He was most recently Director of Manufacturing and Quality with multi-facility responsibility for BHM Technologies, a global manufacturer of structural steel components and welded assemblies. Arlo began his career at Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America (TEMA), subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC Tokyo Stock Exchange), where he was trained in the Toyota Production System and became Quality Launch Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design Engineering from Ferris State University and a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Walsh College of Business.
Franke Consumer Products is an operating unit of Franke Holding AG, a privately held, world leading provider of systems and solutions in the areas of food preparation, food service, coffee preparation and hygiene solutions. The Franke Consumer Products Division is a manufacturing and sales company of residential stainless steel and composite sinks as well as other related products such as faucets, accessories, water filtration, exhaust systems, and overall kitchen systems.
