LearningGuide Manager has become the EPSS development tool of choice to document and deliver business process and application knowledge to increase efficiency within the workplace.
With LearningGuide Manager 6 the overall development methodology has been enhanced to further accelerate the rapid production of learning and support material for the widest variety of processes, procedures, software systems, and non-IT needs. The new integrated Flowchart Editor enables authors to create complex workflow processes without the need for any additional third party software. The publishing environment now supports Mobile outputs to be used on Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Palm, iPhone, and other mobile devices. Finally, LearningGuide Solution’s industry leading support for authors has been expanded to include context sensitive support for those how-to needs and ‘Remote Support’, an option to share their development environment with LearningGuide Solutions’ helpdesk, to get instant answers for production down issues.
LearningGuide Manager 6 is available in a Standard and Professional versions. Standard provides all of the necessary functions, including the HTML output, used to create effective EPSS solutions. The Professional version includes the ‘all-in-one’ licensing option which includes all of the Standard functions plus the Flowchart Editor and entire suite of output formats including HTM, PDF, CHM, SCORM, and Mobile.
