Ms Chan is admitted to practice in Singapore and was a director with Drew & Napier LLC. She had practised in Drew & Napier LLC for 10 years and in Ramdas & Wong for 4 years prior thereto. She specializes in conveyancing law and real estate matters, handling sales, purchases, mortgages and leases of residential, commercial and industrial properties, drafting of credit and loan documentation, auctions, tenders, development work and all other aspects of real estate and property work.
Mr Koh is admitted to practice in Singapore and Hong Kong as well as in the United Kingdom and has vast experience in banking and financial services, insolvency, fraud and regulatory, employment and international trade work. Mr Koh has over 14 years experience at leading Magic Circle and Wall Street firms (including Clifford Chance and Jones Day in Hong Kong) and served as regional ethics compliance director for Unilever Asia.
