Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc. has been ranked by Southeast Construction Magazine as one of the top 50 green builders in the region in the magazine’s inaugural ranking. Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc. placed 31st on the list with $20.5 million in green revenue in 2008.
Southeast Construction Magazine listed the Sarasota-based general contractor among 49 other green builders from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The rankings are based on 2008 revenue from green-certified projects in the four-state southeast region that includes Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The data was gathered in an online survey, and the list is published in the May 2009 issue.
