Prism announced today that the board has appointed William G. Edwards as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Edwards has served in various financial capacities with a number of public and private companies in his 24 years of experience as a chartered accountant in Canada. Mr. Edwards replaces David Minas who resigned to pursue other interests.
