Faithdean Plc have implemented and gone live with Union Square Software’s latest version of their market leading software solution, Workspace ix. Workspace ix is a new and improved version of Workspace with enhanced features and facilities and a new user interface. All Workspace users are currently being upgraded to Workspace ix, Faithdean are the first new user to go live with the system.

The Faithdean Group is an established building, refurbishment and fit out contractor located in the South East, with a turnover of £102m last year. The majority of their work is on challenging projects within the city and the West End of London. The main driver that led Faithdean to review the market was a need to better manage their Exchange and Outlook storage. Other features such as the global contacts database have made a big difference to working lives. “Duplication of data has been greatly reduced and people spend less time searching for correct contact details or asking others to find information for them.
