MrTed and HRchictect understand that ‘purchasing’ an ATS isn’t part of your daily responsibilities … nor should it be. With this agreement, MrTed can offer HRchitect’s expertise to SmartRecruiters’ users, so they can benefit from consulting services to ease implementation, integration with other applications, and increase client satisfaction.
HRchitect will provide new users with a free webinar, “Tips and Tricks for the SmartRecruiters ATS,” that will help small and medium-size clients get up and running quickly. Also, users can choose to receive a complimentary “cheat sheet” from HRchitect and SmartRecruiters on how to set up their free ATS in a few minutes and then inform others within the organization about their ‘purchase.’ If users need an extra level of assistance, HRchitect will provide consulting services for a fee to provide training and services related to the SmartRecruiters ATS.
