Testing whether all single parts fit in relation to each other is carried out on Holje matching, (meisterbock), system. Holje's new EC-line is the new global generation of matching-, and checking equipment and provides a wide range of possibilities at the same time as it’s vastly more cost effective than all other systems on the global market.
Our new EC-line is really re-usable between car projects, it is not only talk, we really offer this advantage based on our long experience and know-how of quality assuring and approving of the car producing process.
Holje staff I vastly experienced and took part in the introduction of the first coordinate systems ever used in the world as well as the first cubing, the first matching systems and first quality checking processes already in the 70th in Europe. We can honestly say that we know what we doing, we took part in inventing the quality checking systems used by all car producers today on a global scale. Holje offers not only hard ware support, we also carry out technical studies using existing or new technology to improve and change geometry-, matching-, and pre-production processes. Our combined expertise covers all aspects of programme management, quality and project planning, evaluation and justification, root cause analysis as well as PPAP and MSA/R&R evaluations. We offer the services of leading or taking part of our customers matching, quality approving-, and assurance process as well as analyzes. We supply she resources for all types of assignments around our turn key deliveries.
Holje (holje.com) comprehensive know-how and experience in design and manufacture has already supplied numerous of matching systems to different automobile manufacturers around the world. Holje systems offer many different solutions as matching of metal parts, Inner and Outer. Many car manufacturers are currently relying on Holje's matching/meisterbock concept to improve the quality of their vehicles. After five successfully completed projects earlier this year a further series of meisterbocks in a combination of steel, alu and carbon fibre are in process for them. The time frame for a total project is approx. 12-14 weeks.
Different matching methods; Match metal fixture under body: all of the single parts of the under body are mounted in car line according to the joining sequence. If required the single under body parts can be screwed together, resulting in a complete under body. Match metal fixture side panels (left and right); also here all single components belonging to the side panels are mounted in actual car position and joining sequence resulting in a left and right hand side panel. The side panels mounted on the bock can also be joined to the under body bock, adding on the car roof results in a complete screwed version of a body in white. Outer meisterbock: an outer meisterbock holds all outer sheet metal parts of a vehicle to be checked, i.e., design and manufactured quality of outer skin parts and how they fit together. This could include, for instance, the join and gap between hood and fender. The outer meisterbock comprises of a basic structure made of steel, holding fixtures are made of a combination of carbon fibre, reusable alu profiles and Holje Clamping Holders. Welded sub-assemblies like side panels or doors are mounted in car line on specially milled and configured according to part-specific contact points. It is also possible to adapt contact points for all add-on parts, C-details, like bumper or mirrors.
