The certification program recognizes specialists who meet a demanding set of claims and dispute resolution criteria as set by AACE International.
Pratt has more than 25 years of experience in the construction and claims industries in the United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Germany. His expertise ranges from dispute avoidance and resolution to commercial and contractual management.
At Buric, Pratt works with contractors, owners, and attorneys in the development of claims and claims defense. He also provides expert testimony and litigation support services.
Pratt earned a bachelor’s of science degree with honors in quantity surveying from the University of Nottingham Trent. Pratt is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has trained as an Adjudicator with the Institute of Civil Engineers and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Pratt works in Buric’s headquarters in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, outside Cleveland. Buric has two other branch offices in Somerville, N.J., and Wilmington, N.C.
