The most striking aspect of Springhill Toyota is the exterior illuminated façade, but that is only the beginning, according to Vickers, “The showroom features a customer’s lounge for comfort and efficiency – there is Internet access and Wi-Fi throughout, gourmet coffee bar, flat screen TVs.” Springhill Toyota also has the one of the only dedicated Toyota Truck Centers in the Southeast. “We are ahead of the industry trend, with truck sales totally separate from new cars,” Vickers said. The award-winning Service Department has expanded to 30 service bays and more convenient drive-up access for customers; the Parts Department is also larger. Vickers anticipates in-stock vehicle inventory reaching over 500 new and pre-owned vehicles.
