TTI, Inc., a global distributor of passive, connector, electromechanical, and discrete components, announced the enhancement of its online information repository, the MarketEye Research Center.
TTI’s MarketEye Research Center now hosts a blog that features posts from industry experts including Dennis Zogbi of Paumanok Publications on passive components, Ron Bishop of Bishop & Associates, Inc. on connectors, Michael Schwert of Cumulus, Inc. on switches and relays, Walt Custer of Custer Consulting on general business conditions in the electronic component industry. The blog will also highlight contributions from Design Chain Associates, LLC who will provide updates on the electronic component supply chain. TTI’s own seasoned executives will also weigh in on the state of the industry and how it will affect inventory, lead-times, and pricing.
The MarketEye Research Center will allow visitors more interaction by providing the ability to stay updated through RSS feeds. The process of sharing information on the site is now easier with the integration of share buttons for popular sites like Twitter, Digg, StumbleUpon, and many more. A blog comment feature, allowing readers to engage in a dialogue with the contributors and their peers, will be implemented later this year.
