Precision Auto Care, Inc. announced its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year ending June 30, 2009. For the quarter ending December 31, 2008, revenue was $3.1 million and loss was $30,000, or $0.00 per share, compared with a profit of $75,000, or $0.00 per share, on revenue of $3.0 million for the same period in the prior year.
The Company's President and CEO, Robert Falconi, stated, “I am generally pleased with PACI’s financial performance for the second quarter of FY09. Revenues are up because of the company owned stores and those revenues will continue to go up as we add more company stores. The Company had a small loss due to the cost of our bi-annual convention but I am confident that we will be profitable for the balance of 2009.”
