With a second furnished model now completed at the new 1200 Hillsboro Mile luxury condominium development along The Mile, a prestigious residential area in Hillsboro Beach, the project’s developer has relocated the sales center from the original model into the newer model residence.
In the first venue, the main living areas faced eastward toward the ocean. The latest venue – model 2302 – overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway.

Robb & Stucky Interiors also fashioned the Key West-style interiors in the amenity areas of the completed Intracoastal building that features 11 luxury residences. Ground has been broken on a companion oceanfront building with 18 residences across the street.
