In line with Attana vision and long term strategy for “ease of use” we are updating our product portfolio by introduction of a series of products for which quality and functionality are of importance; so as to increase reproducibility and high quality data.
“We are confident that this will improve the usability of our systems and strengthen our customers capabilities to get the best data quality for their research and development”, commented Johan Lindberg, Vice President Sales & Marketing.
The four commercial products launched are as follow, The Amine Coupling Kit (3501-3001) is used together with the Attana Carboxyl Sensor Chip for covalent immobilization of proteins or other molecules with primary amine groups. The special purity grade of EDC, together with sulfo-NHS, assures efficient immobilization of biomolecules, including proteins with low pI.
The Attana Streptavidin (3502-3001) enables immobilization of biotinylated molecules when used together with the Attana Biotin Sensor Chip. A high and consistent quality of the streptavidin is secured by repeated QC-testing together with associated Attana products.
The 10X HBS-T (3506-3001) running buffer is a sterile filtered high quality buffer suitable for convenient use with any Attana system.
The Attana Mouse-IgG Capture Kit (3518-3001) contains a specially selected polyclonal antibody that permits efficient and reproducible Fc-specific capture of mouse IgGs (e.g. from hybridomas) for applications such as off-rate screening and kinetic characterization.
