Goodman Solutions, a division of Goodman & Company, LLP, one of the nation’s top accounting and advisory firms, is pleased to announce the recent hire of Megan Gutstadt Francis as a manager of business & resource development.
Megan will be responsible for business development and recruiting for Goodman Solutions. As a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Megan holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance. She started her career working for Wachovia in the Finance Department for three years and made a transition into the recruiting sector handling all permanent placements. There, she was responsible for hiring and expansion of the Wachovia branches into the Texas region after a merger.
She has over five years of experience working in professional staffing for two of the largest staffing firms in the world, both in the Tyson’s Corner and Charlotte market. She was responsible for all hiring of staff in the branch, training and development, and ramping up the consulting division. During that time, she was ranked in the 10% of her company for individual personal production and weekly total branch revenue generated and has lead the region with the number of consultants out to work.
Megan has managed over 70 consultants on a regular basis for the Finance and Accounting Division from small companies to Fortune 500 organizations.
