Mr Yano brings a wealth of experience to his new role, after previously holding the position of VP of sales and marketing for Aspectrics, a developer of patented scientific instruments. Yano also previously held senior a position with Agilent Technologies. He holds an MBA with honours from St Mary's College, Moraga, California and a BS in Chemistry from Cleveland State University, Ohio.
The appointment of Jim Yano to the role of COO represents the first stage of WordLogic's expansion strategy. An established technology company, WordLogic will be addressing its distribution channels, markets, sales strategy and growth under Mr Yano's direction. Mr Yano is a skilled developer of key channel partner relationships and has in-depth knowledge of global business cultures, business development and product development. His initial duties as WordLogic COO will be to develop and execute the company's business plan, as well as initiating the growth of the OEM strategy.
