Contern, Luxembourg, 2009/01/30 - The Luxembourg-based cleantech company Epuramat has been selected from a large number of high-quality applicants to be a presenter at the World Future Energy Summit, which takes place this month in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The event is a meeting place for globally leading and innovative companies from the renewable energy and cleantech sectors, significant investors as well as leading policy makers and experts from industry. Prominent speakers such as Tony Blair, Prince Wilhelm-Alexander of the Netherlands are invited.
Together with the World Future Energy Summit (WFES), the cleantech group will also be hosting "Cleantech Showcase", during which Epuramat will be introduced to investors in attendance. The Cleantech Showcase explores the cleantech segment, a rapidly emerging investment opportunity, accelerated by significant government commitments to clean technology adoption. The event is considered the world's largest meeting place for influential players in the area of renewable energies and cleantech. The inaugural address will be given by Ziad Tassabehji, executive director of Masdar, the world’s largest cleantech-fund. Among speakers such as Michael Goguen, managing partner of Sequoia Capital, whose enterprise already invested in for instance Google and Yahoo or Vinod Khosla, founder and managing partner of Khosla ventures, David Din will present Epuramat as one of only seven selected enterprises to the specialized public.
