The first GLWS 100 water purification Unit powered by solar and or wind or traditional energy has arrived in Canada, as part of our agreement for the Miawpukek Nation. The shipment is destined for Conne River, Newfoundland to be used in the evaluation program we initially organized in late 2008.
The GLWS 100 can produce up to 5,000 gallons of clean drinking water per day; and produces as a byproduct 1.5 KW of electricity for ancillary applications, such as AC powered electrical appliances and or devices. More company and or project developments are to follow in the near future.
On corporate matters CEO Lin Armstrong Sharwood wants to make it implicitly clear, that the Company has not issued any new shares of Common Stock since taking over CEG CENV and reorganizing the company’s share structure in October, 2008. Further to that, the company has taken all feasible appropriate measures in an effort to help prevent unauthorized sales of its stock.
Upon completion of our corporate structure review and investigation, we are looking to aggressively accelerate our business plan in new directions that have very recently been presented to us. Some of these new directions encompass very large undertakings which require additional operations financing beyond the company’s present capabilities. It is at this time, that we would like to advise our shareholders that it is our intention moving forward, to pursue non-dilutive financing as a first line of offence in our growing business model campaign.
We continue to seek private investors, to ensure the company is properly capitalized. We have been approached by shareholders and investors who have generously offered to participate in financing and are seriously considering non equity financing options. It is our intention to attempt to only entertain financing of this type, where and when possible.
We would also like to express our profound appreciation to all the shareholders who have contacted us and reiterate that we have taken every step and action to monitor and preserve shareholder value. We encourage any of our shareholders who feel they have positive insights or input to share, to further the stability and growth of the company, to contact us at their earliest convenience.
We are confident about the opportunities the future holds for Certified Environmental Group Inc., CENV. PK and thank all of our shareholders for their continued support.
