Network Allies, a leading provider of embedded computer systems and services today announced revenue growth of 56% for 2008. This was preceded by revenue growth of 106% in 2007.
David Paul, a partner at Network Allies, stated “We are very pleased with our level of growth over the past two years. In many ways our ability to achieve this expansion in turbulent market conditions testifies to the validity of our business model.”
Network Allies supplies technology and services to companies in the medical, network security, homeland security, and military market segments. Their services help clients transition to a more efficient business model by offloading tasks associated with designing, manufacturing and deploying the computer portion of the client’s solution.
“Using our services many of our clients have been able to reduce their hardware engineering and operations budget by 80% over their previous model,” Mr. Paul continued. “Even still, these cost savings pale in comparison to the increased focus they gain by not having to manage non-core infrastructure. We have clients who maintain a hardware engineering and operations staff of four people while their competitors require a staff of thirty to generate the same level of revenues.”
With companies being challenged to increase the efficiency of their operations, Network Allies sees strong growth for 2009 and beyond. “While producing much pain, economic downturns also result in increased efficiencies,” Mr. Paul offered. “In addition to helping clients achieve these efficiencies we are creating high value jobs right here in Massachusetts.”
