He’s created a unique virtual, full-day event that brings together nine entrepreneurs and coaches from around the state to share ways Michigan based organizations and their employees can get ahead, grow their organizations and improve their career skills.

“I’ve grown tired of our state being in the dumps mentally and with the national media’s negative perception of Michigan. It’s getting old and with a New Year it’s time to focus on something good for a change. I was on a flight back from California recently when the idea hit me and I quickly scribbled it down on a napkin, and put it into motion. We have a lot of talented people, ideas, and companies in Michigan and it’s time we focus more on that”, stated Harrison.

Coaching Michigan, is a collaboration of nine highly trained business coaches, consultants and executive trainers who’ve come together for a unique full-day virtual event to help Michigan business owners and their employees. On Thursday, February 5, 2009 Michigan Business owners and their employees can attend one or several coaching and training sessions via the web and conference call.

Some of the topics to be covered in the hour-long sessions from 9:00-5:00PM on February 5th include:

The event is priced at $49, $79, and $99 for firms and individuals. The $79 and $99 option includes additional resources along with audio download recordings from all the sessions for future use as it may be difficult for firms and individuals to listen in ‘live’ for the entire day.
