The Beverly Hills Collection launched their new website today, offering discerning individuals the opportunity to purchase items of exceptional quality. According to a recent article in the Wall Street Journal, certain segments of the jewelry market are actually growing, despite the economic downturn. They noted that while the crazy bling thing is dying off, bargains can be found in diamonds and pearls, as those prices are falling.

And that niche is online. According to a survey of millionaire shoppers by Google and Unity Marketing, 95% of those with an income of $1 million or more made their last luxury purchase online.
Perhaps the Wall Street Journal said it best when in a recent article they commented, “Especially today, the rich want to pay for quality products: not frivolous experiences.”
