Discovering that a lifestyle void existed among prosperous aging adults, Miami-based Kapital Development (dba CityClub Living) set out to fill a void for what it considers to be an essential need – and solution – for a market segment commonly referred to as our Greatest Generation. He and Pardo are committed to anticipating CityClub members’ health needs before they occur, and to coordinating premium healthcare solutions managed by Sunrise (NYSE: SRZ), the largest global provider of private pay care services. There will also be 24/7 access to Mayo Clinic support staff. This enables members to age in place graciously without ever having to relocate, even if their or their spouse’s health should decline as time goes by.

Kapital Development is leveraging the current real estate environment for a major expansion of its CityClub Living brand. The company currently has two projects in development under this brand: CityClub Living Residences-Boca Raton, Florida (an ownership product) and CityClub Living Luxury Rental Residences-Coral Gables, Florida (a rental project).
CityClub Living Residences-Boca Raton (cityclubliving.com), being built in an unparalleled downtown location, presents a fee-simple ownership opportunity within a 10-story, 168-unit, amenities- and services-rich landmark. The site is on Federal Highway one block north of Camino Real, overlooking the renowned Boca Raton Resort and Club and a bridge away from the Atlantic Ocean.
