The Cannes event is the biggest property and real estate retail show in Europe. It attracts exhibitors from all over the world wishing to attract European buyers.
The number of key industry figures attending the market grows every year. Last year's MIPIM 2005 covered an impressive 18,251 square meters of exhibition space. It had 17,641 participants from 74 countries, and 2,051 exhibiting companies.
Dubai Properties stand at MIPIM received a steady stream of international investors and European buyers who were exploring investment opportunities in Dubai. The developer’s international business development department has been strategically promoting the variety of projects handled by the company including The Villa in Dubailand, Jumeirah Beach Residence and the iconic Business Bay development, which was the focal point of the entire event.
“While the residential market is popular among investors, it is the commercial market that is drawing investors in.
