NewswireTODAY - /newswire/ - Milton Keynes, Bucks, United Kingdom, 2008/11/20 - Today ecmk Ltd entered a Protocol Agreement with the Scottish Building Standards Agency (SBSA) which enable its accredited Energy Assessors to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for home and commercial buildings in Scotland.

From January 2009, the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations require that EPCs are issued on most building types in Scotland when built, sold or let.
