Alpine Property sells properties in the Northern French Alps, and has deployed PerfectDisk on its servers and workstations.
Alpine Property’s computers are between 3 and 4 years old, and the company was considering replacing them because they were very slow and the hard drives are almost full. Given the cost of PC and server replacement, Alpine Property was reluctant to replace them and looked for other options, which led it to PerfectDisk. “It seemed a shame to replace the computers, as I was sure they were fine, just not tuned properly,” said Gareth Jefferies, partner and operations manager for Alpine Property. “I had tried various defrag programs, but they either didn’t work or they became quickly fragmented again.
