The National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) is pleased to announce that the Arizona Alarm Association (AAA) has been accepted as a state-chartered chapter by unanimous vote.
“NBFAA gave our board a presentation about the benefits of being a chapter and after seeing it and hearing what they had to say, we felt the time was right to become a chartered chapter. The AAA board recognizes that this relationship will increase our professionalism and enhance our members’ resources,” said Steve Compton, president of the AAA.
NBFAA President Mike Miller said, “We’re pleased that AAA wanted to join the NBFAA as a chartered chapter and we welcome them whole-heartedly. The industry will benefit from an even stronger alliance as Arizona joins 30 other chartered chapters of NBFAA. We look forward to working with them and their members.”
As a chartered chapter, the AAA will be part of collaborative efforts with other chapters in working to advance the security industry through legislation, best practices and national exposure.
