Fite, former CFO at New York-based Corcoran and Douglas Elliman, saw a need in Palm Beach, so he has opened Fite & Associates, at 101 N. County Road. A hybrid real estate brokerage, Fite & Associates, combines the old school values of personalized service and a team approach. Fite made the first commitment by moving with his wife Nadine and two sons to Palm Beach from New York. Then he committed further by signing on more than 30 associates, all veterans in the Palm Beach market. The goal is to present South Florida, and Palm Beach in particular, as the destination in the international real estate market.
