Handsets & Accessories Magazine will be published monthly and geared for companies involved in the wireless device markets and aftermarkets. Industry news and feature articles cover sales, marketing, management and technology issues in the market.
The website and print magazine fill a unique niche in that they are written primarily for small to midsize business owners engaged in the cellular service industry, and opens a forum of communication between all markets that deal with mobile and wireless devices, from cradle to grave. The green pages of the magazine serve the environmental concerns and efforts surrounding the approximately 1.1 billion devices that are sold worldwide each year. Print magazine distribution is currently 6,000 at one per address, and distribution will grow with additional copies that require a paid subscription.
Amy Weiss, Managing Editor for H&A, describes the magazine as being “the only one in its field to look at every market that touches a device once it is released. We have insights and information for every aspect of the wireless industry from agents, dealers and independent retailers to collectors, brokers, and repair and recycle companies. Every company that is involved in the lifecycle of a cell phone, from cradle to grave, will be united and offered an open forum through the H&A products.

The website launched Phase I at the end of September, with the print magazine launching in October. The online version will complement the print magazine by covering both breaking news and current events through a regularly updated website, featuring in-depth editorial on the latest in news and trends. Equipment and accessory manufacturers are urged to contact H&A with new product information to feature their product and services in the magazine.
