Oslo, Norway, 2008/10/15 - IKT-Norge, or ICT-Norway, the trade association and collective voice for the Norwegian ICT industry will be hosting Philip Lew, CEO and Founder of XBOSoft, China’s largest dedicated software testing company in Oslo at the end of October.
