The router automatically recognizes application patterns in the datastream and allocates priority to those applications which need the best performance for optimal use of the available bandwidth. This intelligent technology, named StreamEngine®, guarantees optimum wireless and wired performance, and efficiency for applications such as Voice Over IP, gaming, video streaming and downloading. The advanced ‘Quality of Service’ functionality is activated automatically, with no settings or additional software required. Furthermore, the router can handle a mammoth 30,000 simultaneous open connections, ensuring that streams or network tasks can be carried out seamlessly for multiple users in the network.

The Gaming Router features Preconfigured Application Level Gateways, so that users have preconfigured settings for the most recent popular online games. Furthermore, this list can easily be expanded and modified, so that the user always has access to his or her favorite online games. The router also features an Advance Scheduled Access Control function, enabling Internet traffic management.
