Munich-based B2X Care Solutions implementation and application of quality standards was evaluated by strategic enterprise auditor on July 31, 2008, with an excellent 97% result for the first 1½ years of operations.
ISO 9001: 2000 is a quality management standard which provides information on necessary requirements a company management must fulfill in order to meet specific standards for implementation of quality management systems. On the one hand this standard serves as an internal information carrier for the implementation of quality management within the company, and on the other hand informs customers of the firm’s successful approach to managing quality in the business.
In order to fulfill the quality standards of the ISO standard, all B2X Care operation processes from controlling and sales up to the operational business were analyzed and documented in a quality handbook for transparency and measurability.
