eServGlobal Limited has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with SpinVox, a global leader in voice-to-content services. SpinVox will enhance the capability of eServGlobal’s Mailis Unified Communications Suite by allowing subscribers to read voice messages on their handset, in the form of an SMS text.
Laurent Lafarge, Chief Executive Officer of eServGlobal, says, “This partnership will enhance Mailis Suite’s sophisticated messaging offering with the innovative SpinVox voice-to-text service, providing additional value to end-users and helping service providers stand out in today’s crowded market.”
Daniel Doulton, co-founder and chief strategy officer of SpinVox, explains, “We are very pleased to further expand our presence in unified communications by offering SpinVox alongside the Mailis Suite solution. It will get SpinVox into the hands of even more business clients, who will soon see the benefits of getting all their voice messages as text on the one device that they carry with them at all times – their mobile phone.”
Under the partnership agreement, SpinVox will be available to service providers installing eServGlobal’s Mailis Suite, who will then be able to offer this value-added service to their clients. SpinVox ensures that subscribers no longer have to phone voicemail services to retrieve and listen to messages. Additionally, users will now be able to respond to calls by text, email or voice with just one click.
eServGlobal’s Mailis Suite is an enhanced unified communications suite offering solutions such as SMS Call Notify, Voice SMS, Push Voicemail, voice and video mail, unified mail, and video blogging. Mailis Suite can be deployed with all types of networks – from TDM to SIP and IMS. It improves usability and unleashes the potential of rich-content creation in messaging, thereby generating new streams of revenue from advertising and content resale.
