Add2Exchange saves users time. For example, Managers can make an item in a public folder and Add2Exchange copies and syncs it to each user’s private mailbox without acceptances and it is automatically kept completely in sync. Add2Exchange Administrators can create Private to Public relationships so the team can have a centralized view of the entire organization or department.

Add2Exchange complements the existing sync solutions of Intellisync, Windows Mobile, ActiveSync and the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) by enhancing the existing functionality of these “smartphones”. Add2Exchange extends the reach to information sources beyond only the personal mailboxes, a current limitation of other sync solutions. Calendar, contact and task information from other users and public folders are synchronized automatically to the devices. Add2Exchange synchronizes public folders to the private mailboxes, so the BES can wirelessly synchronize a consolidated view of both folders to the mobile device. This enables users to access valuable information more efficiently.
Installed only on an Exchange Server or a utility server, Add2Exchange does not require any software changes on the device or the individual workstation. Once installed, the solution works transparently behind the scenes. No end user training is needed --the users simply create and edit items as they normally would in Outlook and replication occurs based on the rules of the relationship. If a user does not want something to replicate, the user should mark the item "Private" and set the relationship not to copy private items.
Add2Exchange Enterprise Sync Suite includes three modules: Add2Exchange for Calendars, Add2Exchange for Contacts, and Add2Exchange for Tasks. Add2Exchange is licensed per relationship for each folder type (Calendars, Contacts, Tasks) per installed server and Exchange organizational unit.
