Tulip Systems Inc. continues its expansion and growth by announcing the addition of Sharon Wallace and Roger Craig to its sales and marketing department. Both new appointments with carry the title of Account Executive and will have the responsibility of new business development in the Tulsys high end dedicated and colocation hosting and practice as well as account management of much of the existing Tulip client base.
Ms. Wallace has extensive IT sales experience having worked for companies like Hewlett Packard, Web.com and Verizon Information Services. She is certified in Siebel Sales Methodology and the recipient of several sales certifications and is a graduate of Governors State University.
Mr. Craig also distinguishes himself with his IT sales experience. He comes to Tulip from Borland Software, Inc, where he was a Corporate Account Manager as well as a Sales Analyst at Convente. He is a graduate of Elon University.
“We don’t make changes to our staff without careful consideration,” said Tulip Systems CEO Nino Doijashvili. “We’ve been searching for the right people to help expand our visibility in the marketplace. We are excited to have Sharon and Roger join our staff and family” she concluded.
Tulip Systems has recently been in the news. When Russian military forces attacked cities in The Republic of Georgia, Tulip moved the Georgian President’s website and defended it against DDOS attacks for several weeks. Tulip also did this for other key Georgian websites including Rustavi 2 (a main Georgian television network) as well as the Georgian Department of Defense.
