By attending the exhibition SOFEX will mark the start of their global road show, to begin networking with the most prominent exhibitors and delegates for the 8th edition of the Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference (SOFEX) that will take place in Amman, Jordan in 2010.
Mr. Amer Tabbah, Managing Director of SOFEX stated, “Defendory International 2008 is the first exhibition we will participate in since the conclusion of the 7th edition in the SOFEX series that took place in April of this year.” He added that, "The Defendory 2008 exhibition will provide us with a good opportunity to begin our initial process of marketing for prospective exhibitors and delegates for SOFEX 2010 as well as receiving confirmations from those who have already committed for SOFEX 2010.”
Based in Athens, the 15th International Exhibition of Conventional Defense Systems on Land, Sea and Air, also known as Defendory International 2008 will take place between October 7th and October 11th, 2008. Recognized as the meeting place of the international defence community, Defendory International 2008 aims at enhancing cooperation among states, international organizations and industries, as well as promoting the updating on modern technological developments in the field of defense technology.
