La Vie En Rose, the premier lingerie and swimwear shopping destination in Canada, has chosen the TimeZone™ workforce management system from ITR to manage the labour activities and scheduling of its 1700 employees working in 150 stores across the country.
Timezone™ software is a web-based solution that includes time and attendance functionalities and delivers many HR and administrative features to lessen the burden on La Vie En Rose’s Human Resources staff. With Timezone, La Vie En Rose employees will use their unique ID and password at a central PC or kiosk to sign in and out at the start and end of the work day, and to begin and end their breaks.
In constant evolution since its acquisition by Francois Roberge in 1996, La Vie En Rose continues to experience rapid growth which has prompted the company to identify new efficiency initiatives, including the streamlining of employee scheduling and management activities.
