Alphalogix™, award winning provider of portal and workflow solutions, announced today that Tasica Forms Director, a human-centric business process automation solution, is extending its’ ability to interface with other applications. The new integration piece allows the workflow engine to connect to existing applications; thus allowing Forms Director to seamlessly fit into businesses’ current software stack.
Information gathered within the Forms Director workflow processes can be passed directly to in-house, proprietary, or open-standards based applications. The added benefit of not only reading and writing to other systems’ data stores, but to pass information directly to the applications is useful for organizations with non-database driven in-house programs.

Healthcare providers, for example, can take workflow data from a patient enrollment system created in Tasica Forms Director and send that information to critical Electronic Data Interchange transactions for HIPAA compliancy.
