Park City IceWater eco-friendly GlacierPak bottled water was introduced at the American Music Awards and the Golden Globes in Los Angeles, the Super Bowl in Phoenix, Arizona and the GoGreen Expo in New York City. Now the relatively new distribution company for the plant in Park City, Utah is seeking route distributors across the country.
"One of the first areas we are looking at is Branson, Missouri. There are over 100 resorts around Table Rock Lake and it seems to be a great fit to distribute our eco-friendly bottled water to all the stores in the area." Murray Anderson, head of EarthFriendly PR, the Park City IceWater distribution company announced on Friday.
"We are seeking route distributors for our new bottled water. With the economy changing, there are a lot of people looking for opportunities to be their own boss. We set up a warehouse in a city and independent contractors pick up cases of our water and deliver to small stores such as convenience and grocery stores, organic and health stores, resorts, gyms, etc.," Anderson added, "It is similar to the potato chip and bread routes that currently call on c-stores."
Park City IceWater is so well liked because their revolutionary packaging is actually a pouch instead of the hard plastic P.E.T. water bottle. When consumed, Park City IceWater GlacierPaks actually occupy 96% less space in the landfill vs. the plastic bottle. The water comes from a glacier under the ski mountains of Park City, Utah. The water is not filtered tap water like most of the bottled water found on grocery shelves. And the water has a high and healthy 7.9 pH, which makes it an alkaline water.
Anderson describes the route distribution concept, "We actually can have four or more independent contractors in one city. People that are motivated to call on small store locations can start in this business for very little money. We do not charge a franchise fee. All of their investment is for inventory. Everywhere we go people want to know where to buy our water. We are starting to sell on Amazon.com, and this gives us a way into stores around the country." Anderson said his phone has been busy since they started the concept of route delivery. "We are going to be excited to find distributors for all areas, including New York. When we exhibited at the GoGreen Expo in Manhattan, people were begging us to deliver water to their apartment and condos in the city." Anderson can be contacted through his website.
