Andrew, 44, a qualified chartered accountant brings with him a wealth of experience gained in both financial and operational roles. He has previously held senior finance positions with Glaxo Wellcome, Critchley Group Plc and more recently Edotech Investments Limited where, as Group Finance Director, he oversaw numerous acquisitions and played a key role in the company’s strategic development prior to its sale.

Stephen Ball will remain on the Board as an Executive Director.
