Single Property Sites (SPS), a Denver-based Web 2.0 company, and RealPING are teaming up to make it easier than ever for buyers to get in touch with real estate agents through SPS’s network of property Web sites. Beginning immediately, SPS customers will have the option of placing their RealPING Click-to-Call button on any of their Web sites, giving them a fast and easy way to respond to customer inquiries.
RealPING delivers instant VoIP-technology to real estate professionals. When a customer clicks on a RealPING button on the Internet, they connect instantly to the agent. Studies have shown 78 percent of customers choose the first agent that responds to their inquiry. And through RealPING, the agent can send customers pages, virtual tours and contracts via their phone directly to the user’s computer.
Massachusetts agent Carole Helwig wanted a new way to convert visitors to her Single Property Sites. Though she has little experience with HTML code, she didn’t need any to place her RealPING button on her network of SPS-powered sites. She’s even able to change the appearance of the button automatically to tell visitors when she is available to take calls.
SPS Founder Paul Eastwood said RealPING technology will be a great addition to SPS’s suite of features.
“RealPING provides another way for agents to interact with potential buyers,” he said. “With lead generation and lead capture, you need as many hooks in the water as possible, so the more ways we can offer the buyer to connect with agents, the better.”

If SPS customers do not have a RealPING account, they are able to sign up easily through their profile page on the SPS Web site. In addition to RealPING, agents can take advantage of SPS’s Craigslist Auto Poster, widgets, video support and PDF flyer generation to help market their listings online.
