Available as original equipment on dryers from major manufacturers the Delavan SDX spray drying nozzles can also be installed as an in-service upgrade. For users who wish to upgrade from competitor nozzles, Delavan may supply bodies and adaptors free of charge for the initial transition.
The flagship of the SDX range is the latest version SDX V nozzle. The company has launched a check valve variation of the SDX V range of spray drying nozzles. Drip-free shut off is a key feature, so that valuable product is conserved and the need for clean-up before processes restart is avoided.
