The new professional services firm FPV & Galíndez, CPA, PSC has been launched as a result of a merger of FPV & Co., a member of Russell Bedford International since 2004, and Galíndez CPA Group.
The merger brings together four exceptional accounting and tax professionals: Rafael Pérez Villarini, CPA and Marcos Claudio, CPA from FPV & Co. and Julio Galíndez, CPA and Carmen Lliteras, CPA from Galíndez CPA Group.
The new Russell Bedford member firm has a total staff of 34 professionals, of whom 13 are certified public accountants. The combined client portfolio comprises over 150 clients in the areas of audit and accounting, taxes and consulting.
The team from Galíndez CPA Group specializes in providing accounting and consulting services to the health and insurance industries. FPV’s main client sectors include construction, real estate developers, auto dealerships, government bodies and non-profit organizations.

As was the case with its predecessor firms, FPV & Galíndez is part of the quality review program sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Puerto Rico State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
