The site aims to assist its target audience by providing them with updated information in Arabic language about recent opportunities and job offers and how to strengthen their chances of employment.

About the features of the Forum, Engineer Saeed Bawazir, Director General of Bawazir Tech said that the Forum automatically and continuously aggregates, classifies, and publishes information on job vacancies advertised in a number of known recruitment and general news sites across the Gulf. As an illustration, the Forum has managed to compile information on more than 13,000 job openings from the start its operation in mid April 2008 to May 27, 2008.

Bawazir added that the Forum provides blogs for employers and recruitment consultants who wish to utilize the Forum advanced portal system and reach out to job seekers in the Gulf by directly publishing and updating their jobs vacancies & relevant news. Regarding future plans of the Forum, Eng. The other section will provide assistance to employers and recruitment consultants in managing and publishing job vacancies and receiving applications directly from job seekers.
